Option 1: The individual will receive a one-page report including: 

• Body Weight
• Body Fat Percentage
• Total Body Water %

• Resting Energy Expenditure-Daily Caloric Needs

Option 2: The individual will receive a five-page detailed report including: 

• Total Body Composition Report
• Body Weight
• Body Fat Percentage
• Total Body Water Percentage
• Visceral Fat
• Fat-Free Mass
• Muscle-Mass
• Body Mass Index
• Body Fat Displacement
• Daily Caloric needs determined by activity level

Appointments are recommended to be done once a month. Make sure to schedule your appointments near the same time of the day each time. Mornings are optimal
